In order to process your application, you will need to pay the application fee. We usually process the application within three working days. Application fee is $40 (non refundable), a security deposit is $150 (refundable), and an administration fee is $150 (non refundable). We welcome small pets interviewed by management. A $350 non refundable pet fee is required.
